Mallard Court Apartments

I give this a five star rating. I have been living here for about 7 years. Since I've been here whenever I need something fixed maintenance has always been there to fix it, if not the same day then, the next day. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I love that they keep the apartments well groomed, the lawn is always mowed, not so much in the cold weather, but spring, & summer. I've had problems with mice when I first moved in here, but since "L" has put sidings around my front door I haven't had any more problems with mice. I just got my kitchen Appliances upgraded, looks new, and very modern, & new vanity & floors in my bathroom. I just Love my apartment😀

This is the best place that I've ever lived in my life. They are making some great updates to the apartments. The units are spacious and the neighborhood is friendly and safe. The women that work in the office are the best ever! They are always ready to help with a smile. My time living here has been amazing.

I have lived there for 2 years now and this place is infested with roaches. They exterminate the building periodically but its a joke. I wonder if they actually exterminate or just say that they do. I keep my unit tidy so i know i am doing my part in keeping my area roach free. I have even set up traps and nothing works they're everywhere! I look forward to moving out!!! Oh yeah, and not to mention there was a break in a month ago, my neighbor's unit was broken into at 3am and she was sexually assaulted.

I really like this place, current renovations might be small but make a huge difference. Affordable prices and the layout of the apartments are very convenient and make them look more spacious. Staff is always super friendly and willing to help.

Think 100 times before you rent a apartment here. It is better to live on the street instead. It is dangerous, dirty, bugs, AC and heat issues every single day. The leasing office is super rude and have bad attitude. I don't know why GOVT doesn't investigate these people!
