Mali Ramos Home Inspections in my opinion is a very professional organization with extensive experience providing clear and concise detail in the their reports. Mr Ramos arrived to my home on time and prepared to inspect my home. He was very accommodating to answer all of my questions during the inspection and did not rush me. He took the time to look at all parts of my home, took many pictures and provided a very comprehensive report that allowed me to negotiate a lower price in lieu of documented required repairs. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future as I add properties to my portfolio.

His inspection of my home was very effective in the purchase and repair of items that he pointed out to us so that we could make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family
