Maison Bocage

The Maintenance dudes Philip and Trevor are some of my best friends. Trevor walks with my baby and I every morning as he observes the grounds for rubbish to dispose of. Philip has completed numerous work orders in timely fashion and always has patience to explain the issue and his process for fixing it. They are super polite and professional and really go the extra mile to keep the place clean and running.

Lived here for yrs & I would recommend to anyone. Apts are spacious, clean & quiet. Maintenance reqs are resolved quickly, plus Melissa is a helpful sweetheart. This apt was 5/5 for me! Thanks MB staff❤️

Residents are sharing unrealistic positive reviews from March 2022, for the sake of saving pennies. Don't buy it. This place is disgusting and terribly managed. Parking lot is in horrible condition. Tenants have absolutely no respect or common courtesy and are LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS at the worst times. If you want to sleep at night rent elsewhere. Rules are made but not enforced. Its in a decent place and safe area but not worth the money. the only positive thing I can say is maintenance is prompt and professional, they're at your front door before you hang up the phone, but if it wouldn't be for that I would have been gone a long time ago.

My son and I have lived at Maison Bocage Apartments for 6 years. The staff here are exceptional! I feel as though they are my family! They go above and beyond their job description! Someone always comes immediately when we are in need! My son rides an adult tricycle because he has a disability.They air up his tires, fix his chain, and do repairs as necessary! They always tell us to let them know if we need anything! I could go on forever with praises for them! Sincere Love And Thanks To Trevor, Philip, Jason, Emma, Kayla, Melissa, and Martha!♥️

Moving out is such a bitter sweet thing. Our time at Maison was the best apartment experience we've ever had. Kayla and Melissa are the kindest, most genuine human beings. If you have any problems at all, just let them know and they're doing everything in their power to help you out. The maintenance team is quick to respond, and the grounds are kept up extremely well. Great place for young families and families with dogs as well.
