I tried to view an apartment and exchanged texts with Stephen Bliss. I set up an appointment and even confirmed an hour prior to the viewing, as requested by Stephen himself. I arrived to the apartment early and waited for a total of 45 minutes in the freezing cold and rain. Stephen never showed up. I called the office three times and spoke with Carol, who couldn't have cared less. I woke up to a text from Stephen the next morning that contained no apology or accountability about standing me up, and simply just said "Couldn't make it, let me know what other times work for you and we'll go from there."
