King Management LLC

King Management has been our property management group for a few years now and hands down provide a more intimate and supportive experience than our previous management company which was acquired by Manor. The local aspect combined with being able to reach someone by phone or in person is greatly appreciated. King Management takes their reputation and business seriously, and works closely with board members to ensure alignment on tasks prior to executing, and also provide support for bidding and suggesting contractors and more. We greatly appreciate King Management and their responsiveness and communication.

I would give no stars if that was an option- the entire office is unprofessional and rude. No one treats you with respect out of the gate. They talk down to you and take sides. This is the worst office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Anyone can find a bid, that’s not a special service. People skills are necessary in an office that are going to be dealing different problems and residents. Not one of these women possess this. They contact the Board members of your HOA and ask to have you take down your Yelp review- you can talk to me like an adult or remove yourself if you can’t handle negative press . Amy did it twice! She knows her and her employees are guilty of not assisting in our issue and horrible treatment! They’re ill-equipped! Do not hire this office to handle your

I'm absolutely blown away by Kings Management and especially with Hannah C. With my recent listing in an HOA Community they manage, I had several requests and questions and they were responsive, helpful, friendly and professional in all dealings. I cannot say enough good things about Kings Management and their professional staff. I will be referring them to clients!
