We moved into old town commons in 2023, where move in day consisted of the hot water heater not being connected, the dishwater not being plugged in, outlets not working, and staff were incredibly rude and not helpful until we called more than one time. We moved out and cleaned and did everything they asked of us. I just got my security deposit back…. they charged to remove the welcome mat that we happen to look over because moving is stressful and we are human. They charged to hire professional cleaners although the apt was left beautifully. The experience living here was not the best. OH and lets not forget them charging me $50 extra A MONTH to be on an end unit which is NO DIFFERENT than any other unit!!!!! and they asked which I preferred without telling me one was more money!!! Don’t

I moved into Belle Parc in 2022 and just moved out recently. I honestly hated to leave! They were always fair and everything is pretty straightforward in the lease. I think I only had one or two maintenance requests while I was there in the beginning, and those were dealt with the next day. My move out walkthrough was also so smooth. I definitely recommend!

Nice apartments. When you move out they will charge 200$ for a cleaning lady to clean dust out of kitchen cabinets when everything else was clean. Management is not understanding at all and I don't think we were ever going to get our whopping 450$ deposit back no matter what. If the fabulous neighbors call and complains about you they will threaten to evict you and call the police, but wont let you leave early before your lease is up anyways. I mostly enjoyed living in these apartments but it was just the few interactions with management that spoiled my experience here.

The complaints I see on here seem to be due to the fact that tenants don't follow the lease agreement they signed. This us our third year and we have had no bad experiences. They respond promptly to maintenance requests and Kim gas been great. I gave them 5 stars. Read your lease before you sign it. If you have questions, ask. Then just do as you agreed to when you signed the lease and you will have a great renting experience.

0/5 stars. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS BUSINESS. My move out experience with this group was less than satisfactory. Not only was KIM unprofessional, but she was disrespectful and very inconsiderate. First, we hired cleaners that were recommended by the staff and our apartment was "still dirty", even though it was never specified what was actually not clean. Next, there was a cleaning company hired to pressure wash our unit, along with a few others in the subdivision. Not only were we never informed this maintenance would be taking place, but the company hooked up to my unit's water hose. Upon calling Kim, she said she would handle it yet we were never compensated for the water used by the company to pressure wash. Not only did this company use our water to clean our unit, but our neighbors as we
