Main Street on the Monon

WARNING!!!!!!!! If you rent here, they will break your lease without issue and tell you "there is nothing that we can do about it". Rent starts off cheap here and the trade off is that the facilities are slightly outdated and not everything works. Every year you resign a lease, they will increase rent by well over $100 a month, quickly getting you to the same amount, if not higher, than other complexes nearby that are much newer with more luxurious amenities. The leasing office manager is never in the office and is completely impossible to reach. The rest of the leasing office staff will not tell you when they will be in, probably because they never are. Worse of all, random members of the staff will decide that all the sudden they need to charge you fees that you did not agree to, that yo

I have really enjoyed my time living here. Apartment is a little outdated for my model, but it’s worth living here because the location, reasonable rent rates, friendly leasing staff and maintenance, and close to Monon Trail. I liked the ownership/company of these apartments so much I’m choosing to live at another location.

It’s a really nice place to live, super quiet and safe and clean!! maintenance is super fast to fix any issues and all the people that work there is really nice! I loved that place and I’m gonna miss living there!

I must say living at Main Street on the Monon was one of the best places to call home here in Csrmel. The staff from day one during the 3 years I lived there took very good care of me and the property. Kasey, Andy, Kiara, and Bri always went the extra step to make me feel at home. Along with Charlie and his maintenance team I truly felt comfortable and very much at home there. Thanks to everyone there at Main Street on the Monon for making it very easy , and heartfelt for me to call home!! Sincerely William Niedermeyer🤗

Can I just say…Andy is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The prices for the town homes/apartments are amazing for the location. Downtown Carmel is a treat, and it’s a completely walkable community. I really enjoyed the on site trail access we had, and will always appreciate Andy ❤️ If you’re having second doubts about moving here, don’t! The leasing office is kind, they get problems solved quickly, and they genuinely care about their residents. I didn’t have any major maintenance issues while living there, but I’m sure they would’ve helped if I did. The townhouses are clean, spacious, and cutely designed. Thank you Main Street on the monon!
