Place is absolutely disgusting. Roaches, bed bugs, mice you name it. Very loud and always smells

It is a nightmare to go visit my family! The parking lot has pot holes that can reach the center of the Earth! I'm always afraid that they will cause damage to my tires, and if not the potholes, then the filthy trash and shattered glass that's always on the sidewalk and parking spaces. The owner is basically begging for a lawsuit. The inside of the apartments is infested with cockoraches, bed bugs, and mold. Of course, the owner can give two cents. Why would he? When he's loaded with money and tucked safe away from this poverty. Heard also that the owner sued a tenant for breaking his lease! He should be ashamed of himself!

If you're looking for bed bugs, roaches, mice and to just give away your money for ridiculously lousy living conditions, this is the place for you!! They dont do regular maintenance on the apartments. They say they do carpet cleaning but honestly they are in and out in less than maybe 15 to 20 minutes and the carpets are just damp not clean at all and they charge I believe almost 100 for that. For any other maintenance they would put it off for months at a time. The playground was very unsafe--shattered glass on the ground, where the slide ended was way too high off the ground so if the kids didn't stop before reaching the end or jump off they'd fall a good 2 to 3 feet before reaching the ground. Overall horrible place.

When i moved into this place there was bed bugs and roaches everywhere they said they would fix it but still I see bugs all over the place. I had to get rid of all the furniture I own because of bed bug. Don't come here if your thinking about it.

I used to live here with my family there were mice and cockroaches and I can hear the mice in the wall and I could barely get any sleep during the weekend cause every weekend there is a party and mold on the walls and we had a problem with a leakage from upstairs to our bathroom
