Magnolia Villas Apartment Homes

I have been living in this property for fourteen years. I saw the changes since the new management took over. Claudia is an excellent manager, and she is always helping her residents. I love living here. I definitely recommend this place to live. This is not a community for me. It is my home.

My experience at Magnolia Villas has been amazing. The community is clean, quiet, and always well taken care of. I especially want to mention Claudia in the office — she's incredibly friendly, patient, and always goes out of her way to help with anything I need. Maintenance is quick, the apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the whole place feels safe and welcoming. I'm really glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend Magnolia Villas to anyone looking for a great home in Savannah.

Ms. Claudia from the office was very professional during our process in applying for a rental property at Magnolia Villas Apartmemts. She understood our needs and went the extra mile by dedicating more time to us during our communication with her. Ms. Claudia communicated back to us constantly by wanting to make sure we had what we needed during the applying process. We were very sastified with her overall professional work. 10/10.

Claudia y Nellis are the best. They really deserve the empanadas. Excellent customer service. The apartment is beautiful.

The ladies in the front office are AMAZING, very nice and professional!! Showed all available apartments, very clean and quiet! I am Inquiring about these apartments and i definitely will be applying! Love it!
