Just heard of this place. I decided to call and check it out. I was told there was a 7yr waiting list. I have never heard of anything like that. How do you let a waiting list get that long. There needs to be a period of how long any business holds a application. After that it should be discarded and the applicant have to reapply if still interested. That makes sense!
Very nice low cost housing with a long waiting list. Nice 3 bedroom brick homes but must meet rigid standards.
Been on the "list" for 8 yrs. Gave up the last time I called to check. I was told the "List" starts over Everytime a new director was hired total BS!
7 YEAR LONG WAITING LIST!?!?!?! THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND SOUNDS VERY FAKE! How can you just let a waiting list get that long!?!?!
