Took 3 months to repair air conditioning. 4 months to repair dishwasher. Falsely advertises broken hot tubs. Claims to be a gated community, but the gates havent worked for well over a year. Went a full month without trash service at the entire complex. Front office regularly closes during business hours for no reason. Multiple packages have gone missing. Management is incompetent. Several large potholes near the entrance. Easily the worst option in Cenla, especially at their bloated prices.

The absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. We moved in here in 2019 From Dallas TX (Trust me, it was not a move that we wanted. I absolutely do not recommend anyone moves to Alexandria LA) – the manager at the time (Amanda) Was absolutely amazing and was on top of everything in the apartment complex, they were definitely understaffed, but even then she did everything she could to accommodate the people who lived here… Then she left in 2022 and everything went downhill since then. I’m pretty sure there’s mold in every single apartment in this complex… We were sick all the time. The gates are constantly broken so the complex being a “gated community “is absolutely irrelevant… They will never work. I don’t think it’s fair for them to advertise that anymore. This place is nasty. The people giving this place a good rating either work there or are among the ridiculous number of pot smokers that do it out in the open. You can hardly walk at night without smelling somebody smoking something that sure isn't brisket. Lots of green space that you can't play in because they don't mow and there is dog poop everywhere. The car wash stations don't work. The pools are nasty. I doubt they clean them. I had to bring my own soap to the bathroom at the gym because it never had any. Apartments themselves are bad and way overpriced. We've been waiting for them to fix the gates for 6 months. I've talked to others that say they've been promising to fix the gates for 5 years.

This apartment complex is awesome . This is a gated community that residents can open the gates with remotes and can open the gates from their phones for their visitors, a great level of security for us. Since the new ownership came in everything has been fixed or upgraded and this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The manager is awesome herself. If you ever have a problem all you have to do is call her, and it will be taken care of and in a very timely manner. If you are looking for a place to live, I do recommend this location. We have covered parking available or garages with remote opening roll-up doors. Some use them as large storage rooms. It feels like a high society resort. It is beautiful and extremely well kept inside. The swimming area is clean, organized and professionally maintained. Security is top notch with roving patrols and surveillance. The staff is gracious and well mannered. It is easy to see that the staff, especially Ashley, takes pride in their work and living environment. It IS a pleasure to behold
