The mangers who are fairly new here do an awesome awesome job. Kezia who I most of the time email responds to my emails quick and I always have an answer right away. I have no idea how the people before them was getting 5 stars. I have been on this property for 7 years. Out of the years we have had bad managers. Never in the office. Have to call other people for a simple answer. There were incidents where relationships were more than work related and the tensions were high at times. The maintenance men lied often. They were incompetent. Kate comes in and handles everything in a timely matter. When she says it will be fix she means that same day. D who is maintenance got my problems that I have been waiting to be fixed forever fixed in 2 days. Before there was no one in the office. Now I am

We recently had new property managers come in and i must say i am so appreciative and grateful for Kate. Since she’s been in office i have gotten my new carpet, my leaks have gotten fixed and my apartment feels like home again. I am so comfortable in my home again i can’t thank her enough! Thank you!!

Just moved here and Kate made the move so easy. She’s attentive to everything that i needed, she was patient , and she put me in a very clean and comfortable space. Thank you Kate!!!!

Hello; I Want To Know How Can You Take Someone To Court For One Month Rent Sept 2025 Please Tell Me Something When I Get My( SSI) At The End Of The Month My Job Got Me Working Three Day A Week. I Have Been Living In This Apartment from Aug 9 2025 And Not One Thing Have Been Fix And I Got A Call stating that A Eviction Will Be Started For One Month Rent.And Did Not Have Hot Water For Two And A Months.
