First, the environment felt extremely unsafe. Within a three-month period, I contacted the police on five separate occasions due to repeated late-night disturbances, and police reports were made. There were multiple incidents of people knocking on my door late at night, causing constant fear and making it difficult to sleep. In addition, there were serious security incidents at the unit. Someone attempted to force open my door, sprayed an unknown substance on the door, and also tried to break a window of the apartment. These incidents further confirmed that the living environment was unsafe. Despite this, management later charged me for damages related to these incidents, even though they were caused by third parties and were reported as safety issues. They just beat me out of my deposit 250 from 700.00 the oven had a small grease spot and dust on the ceiling fan...A lil dust. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. CROOKS! Please..its all good in the beginning But in the end they will get you. I cleaned from top to bottom grease. This was an 😈 ACT. Just told I had to make 3x the rent for these ratchet properties. I’ve been paying mortgage and lot rent that equals the rent amount for 9 years. The average person in lake Charles doesn’t make $3,300 a month. Glad I looked at the reviews though. I won’t spend a dime with this this pathetic property company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It seems everyone is having the same problem with these people! I’ve also been charged a $50 fee for cleaning a ceiling fan, these people are a joke with absolutely disgusting attitudes. When I called to resolve and read the lease, the last thing that was said to me was something along the lines of,”it’s stated in the lease under security deposit, ok?” After saying that they immediately hung up on me before I could respond! I hope this company replaces their employees because the lady that was there when I first started renting, I never name was Mrs.Liz, was absolutely amazing and she was so nice and understanding. here to leave another terrible review saying never to rent from this company. first of all, you can’t get in touch with a single person and are given no emails or anything besides the front desk number or to show up when nobody is ever there. second, the ladies are the most unfriendliest people you will ever meet. i know the address won’t be able to stay up on here but we have lived in their house for almost a year now and it is INFESTED with roaches. they are EVERYWHERE. this house was flipped with the landlord special (because the old house pictures are on realtor.com) and it is overall just disgusting. the maintenance men show up and walk around your house or just unlock the doors with absolutely no notice at all. they take pictures of your personal things at your house and all Magnolia
