Great starter place to move too. Even if you’ve rented before, you won’t regret living out here! The staff is great. & understanding to every situation that you bring them.. they consider us all as one big family! I love it. Thanks to everyone in the office, even the maintenance team for everything during my time here. If I ever need to go back, I’m sure they’d love to have me back & take me back with open arms ❤️❤️

This place deserves a rating of MINUS FIVE STARS. If you can somehow get past the disheveled conditions of the buildings, the incessant amount of adults and kids who don't live there running up and down the halls of the buildings, and being bullied by management, you could live here. But beware: when you move out, they might send you a check for your security deposit. They sent me one. But they can't pay it out. My bank reversed the check because they said the check issuer, Magnolia Park, had NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS. I've tried to call and email, but they're either ignoring me or blocked my contact methods. I'm sure they'll try to claim this review is unfair, but the fact remains this place is a sham, and their practices are tantamount to fraud and I will be exploring my options to get the mo

Hands down, the best prices, very nice playground for the kids, a lot of military moving in is a sure great sign of this is a great place, family oriented staff and atmosphere. Magnolia Park Apartments is an amazing place to live. The staff is very proficient in giving it their all in making your experience an amazing experience. Stephanie Slater and her staff have gone above and beyond to sustain the comfort home feel living for there tenants here at Magnolia Park Apartments. They are very professional and prompt in responding to the needs of there tenants. It's very quiet here at Magnolia park Apartments. The remodeling of the apartments, the new playground for the kids and the on site laundry facility for those who don't have the means of a washer and dryer. This is absolutely a great place to live. I easily give it a five star rating.

The management here especially Stephanie has been more than helpful in my process of getting an apartment here and it being my first place she has been supportive and made the ride very smooth. I can tell she enjoys what she does and does with efficiency and care!!! So excited!
