The property manager was so caring and responsive, the maintenance team was easy to get in contact with and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I stayed in a studio here and the only issues I had were uneven floors and bugs. The first night i was there i had 13 spiders crawling from open places in the exposed brick walls and improperly sealed windows. However, the property manager and maintenance team was quick to respond and sprayed multiple times and I never saw a spider again - however I did see many many stink bugs and palmetto bugs throughout the rest of the year that I lived there. Those little devils were always somewhere in the apartment and it made it very hard to feel comfortable and there’s really no “spray” to get rid of them!

New management company took over this apartment complex this year. They have treated me very well, and treat their tenants like real human beings. Shout out to Portia who went way above and beyond to help me out!

It's extremely hard to get In touch with the management there. She barley answers her emails and I have to constantly remind her that I need to setup a viewing. I've literally exhausted out any patience I have left dealing with this company.

Beautiful property with great landlord. Not terribly expensive and right next to downtown amd very close to library and resturants. Down the road from the hospitals and 10-15 minutes drive to Spartanburg Mall and Dorman Center
