Never in 40 years of life have an apartment complex asked me for a 401k print out! SECTION 8 doesn’t even ask for this print out. This was the first red flag for me! The lady at the front office talks all fast like a car salesman. She clearly is a predator to the uneducated and those of low income. Income restricted housing does not need to see your 401k! The IRS doesn’t even allow you to pull funds from it for an apartment. The lady kept asking my mother for a 401k statement, that alarmed me very bad. Also she lies continuously about what units are available and their price, her and her side kick were not on the same page. They were providing completely different information and pricing. It’s so unfortunate because the side kick is young and naive to the games she’s playing but I’m not. S

PLEASE DON'T GO BY THE INCOME BRACKET OR RENTAL INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. CALL THE OFFICE! My 1st complaint is there's nothing on the website that's accurate. The income restriction for 1 person clearly states $42,900 on the site. And the site shows available one bedroom apartments. I called and spoke to Monique. She insisted I come in for a tour. When I get there she states they don't offer tours because they don't have model apartments. I have my 5 paystubs. She noticed I have a 401k and life insurance. I asked why do you need print outs of that information. It has absolutely nothing to do with my income. After that she takes my check stub to another lady and she comes back only to tell me I won't be qualified.... Unacceptable 😞

I had just waste mine time this morning about a 1 bedroom. I am trying to get a 1 or 2 bedroom. This guy name Robert call stating we have a 1 bedroom available, but kind to find out it base on income. I am mainly looking for a 1 bedroom. The guy new I made $50,000 per year before he made the call base on the information, I submitted in the pasted. I was like why waste your time calling, if you know I make over the income base process. I told him this is a waste of call and will be giving mine feedback on Google review as, I continue apartment search because this is unprofessional. I hope you all do your homework before moving in this place and definitely choose the manager with more knowledge then a leasing agent in this process.

It’s not completely horrible- the speed bumps suck and the trash is always overflowing- complete eye sore at times smh. But I’ve personally never had an issue with maintenance- they’ve typically responded to my request in a timely manner. It’s relatively quiet to me and affordable- what I pay for a 2 bedroom 2 bath most places charge that for 1 bedroom and bath. Not a huge fan of the office staff(60/40)- could use a refresher on customer service training.

Going on almost a month since water leaked into my apartment from upstairs. Water leaked in at least 4 different areas. Mind you this is the 2nd leak. Still no repairs. Giving me the run around. No returned phone calls. Maintenance staff told me they would be to me in 2 hours when it happened. They never came. The lady upstairs had to shut her own water off to stop the leaks. Spoke directly to Emory & emailed her the pics she asked for. Still nothing. Lazy maintenance & lazy staff in the leasing office. UPDATE: Over a month later since this originally occurred & they have still yet to resolve this issue.
