Magnolia Grove Apartments

I have been staying at Magnolia Grove for 5 years now and I can honestly say this has been the best apartment complex I have lived at! Sarah the property manager is awesome and the maintenance team is great as well. I have had just a few maintenance issues in the 5 years I have been here which were minor and they are always resolved the same or next day. The property is always kept clean and well taken care of. I would recommended this luxury apartment to anyone looking for a home! Make Magnolia Grove your next home you will not regret it!

I’ve lived at Magnolia Grove for the past 2 years now & I absolutely love it! The community is always well maintained. The maintenance crew is amazing & quick to respond. What I love most is that It meets all of my requirements for modern living with the stainless steel appliances, wood like laminate flooring, walk in closets, oversized windows & high vaulted ceilings. With all of these luxuries these apartments are very affordable & that’s a huge bonus for me!

I lived at Magnolia Grove for a year (and just renewed my lease this month) and my experience has been amazing. Sarah and the Mantaince team are amazing. Comfortable living space, very spacious. The stainless steel appliances are a PLUS, Very modern and up to date. High speed internet with AT&T is wonderful, most apartments don’t have fiber, it’s great if you work from home. Great location, close to everything. The neighbors are very friendly. Best apartments in north Raleigh. The price of rent is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I've lived at Magnolia for almost 2 years. The property is well-maintained. While I have a few maintenance requests, each has been met with PROMPT attention. I also appreciate the owner doesn't nickel and dime you (flat cost for living as oppose to several additional fees).

I’ve been at Magnolia Grove since 2017, the apartment is absolutely beautiful and the community is great ! Any maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner.
