Magnolia Gardens

We moved into the complex in 2005, lived in the two bed room complex L5 for 5 years at and 9 years in the 3 bedroom complex at G6. So far this has been the worst management we have seen which is why we had to leave this place. The carpets or anything wasn't upgraded or changed out during our 9 year stay. We have complained about the bathroom tubs and tiles in this apartment complex multiple times with nothing being changed at all. During the last two years, we have lived in this filth of a bathrooms and management has done nothin. All the paints were chipped off that you could see the brown part in the tub (pictures are attached) Since the apartment is on 2nd floor we had multiple instances with water leak through the roof which ended up causing so much mold and the apartment complex didn'

terrible apartments, manager is rude , they never come to fix anything. 10/16/23 So back in june my mom got an eviction notice for false accusations,after this my mom called her and said that she never did any of the things she was being accused of, the manager literally told my mom word for word “ i will not be renewing your lease becuase your daughter (me) put a bad review on the apartments. Wth!!! They never had nothing fixed the AC never worked EVER!!! My mom lived there for more than 5 years.! I literally just saw a post of the previous resident at G6 ! DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !

I looked at a lot of apartments before finding Epic Gardens. I like the value, size of the apartments and individual rooms, and the style. I’m a vintage type of guy. I used to do floor coverings in the area and I remember when Epic Gardens was built. Before making my decision two years ago I drove through on the weekends and at night and saw how quiet the neighborhood is, and that’s important to me. Epic Gardens is convenient to the freeway and to town, and the property is well kept.

I love living at Epic Gardens. I live in a one bedroom apartment that came with a washer and dryer, and they have really come in handy. The management is very understanding. I’m very happy here and have made good friends.

This place is horrible, this lady in the leasing office is CRAZY. I am not a tenant and I DO NOT PLAN ON BEING ONE. This lady as I was already walking out of her office chases me and gets in my face all while yelling to get out of her office. She threaten to call the cops and she was taking pics of my tag number (which had nothing to do with anything). I have never seen someone so crazy and rude being able to run an apartment community. She even said things that she should have not said to me because she was totally wrong in her assumption (but you know what they say about people like you who assume things.) STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT SOME CRAZY LADY YELLING IN YOUR FACE AND TELLING YOU TO GET OUT AS YOU ARE ALREADY WALKING AWAY FROM HER (SHE MAKES YOU FEEL UNWELCOME ANYWAYS
