Magnolia Flats Apartments

Relocated to this property from out of state and the whole moving process has been smooth and easy. Desiree has been nothing short of amazing during this transition. Any questions or concerns have been addressed with a plan of action and maintenance has been helpful. I feel like this was the best choice for us.

No make ready upon move in. Work orders still not serviced. Took them 3+ weeks to unclog drain. None of the windows are sealed. Sounds like my neighbors below me are in the next room over(no insulation). Parking is pretty much non existent unless you pay for it. During my first 4 months 3 "managers" have been through and twice they removed me from the unit transfer list. This place is definition of the slums.

I would like to say that I have lived staying at magnolia flats. I just had a leak in my apartment due to the cold weathering and maintenance came in and fixed it super fast. I am super appreciative of Tiffany, Desiree and Jonathan! I have loved my stay here and will probably be here for awhile. I am truly appreciative of how fast and proactive and professional the management and maintenance team is here.

No one ever at the office Water gets shut off without notification Maintenance leaving without turning water back on, good job 👏 Maintenance and management really can't do any better Cars park in NOT DESIGNATED parking spots, Even with warning, the dog poop gets more and they dont try to keep this place clean Update: From 07/28 - 08/01 no office management was there all week! Tenants don't know who to talk to, if there's a problem.

At first when I moved into the Magnolia fence I thought it was good but it was a lie since I've been here over 2 years I don't seem fine managers come through here did not last that long I had a problem when I lived in the back apt 6c I was was supposed to get transferred to five b that end up giving my apartment to somebody else and I move next door and 7B the two years that I was here I experience roaches and complete work orders a bunch of mildew apartment got flooded for 3 weeks I can smell the mildew and mold coming from within the walls which I should have replaced the frame boards with a Denton they try to cover up my ceiling in the bathroom for the water damage but now it's starting to work you can see where the water damage is and it started leaking again over almost a year my lea
