Efrin, the apartment manager, is always helpful and available in a timely manner. They, on multiple occasions, have upgraded the fans simply because I asked at no extra charge. Maintenance has also been very good and quick at performing repairs. My rent also did not increase when I renewed.

Really great experience. The property manager answered all of my questions. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the property. The property was really beautiful, unfortunately, the only reason i said no, was because it was lacking an elevator, but other than that, this was a wonderful property, very clean and well maintained.

We had a tour and we love the apartment location and neighbourhood also Efren was nice and very helpful and he gave us the time and the informations needed.

Although I still live here for personal reasons. This property still has not met my expectations the roach infestation is a great problem here. I moved to a different unit and I received it in dirty conditions and all upgrades none existed. Light switches from the 80s Management take things personally, and they see you, they just turn around to avoid to say hello to you.

Strongly advise against living here. No recycling, no functioning amenities, lack of Security and Safety Anytime we have reached out to the property manger Marcus E, his response is "I'm busy, I'll get back to you" and never has. The office staff are not punctual with getting key documents where they need to be. They will choose to wait till the end of business day to send you information that they have been sitting on. This was my experience in lease processing with Yari G. Your packages will be stolen from your front door and the "mail room" which is just a public open hallway. Even though the property is gated, most of the time they are broken which leaves the car gates wide open.
