Magnolia Apartments

A great place to reside! I stumbled across these apartments and saw the reviews, I can admit I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure if the negative reviews were real (they weren’t). I gave Ms. Lynne a call and she let me apply, tour, and got me approved same day. After moving in I realized this is the place for me. I love how this complex is gated and quiet. The apartment itself is great for the amount asked and everything works properly. Ms. Lynne has definitely helped out so much and is a true gem. This is my first apartment so I am more than pleased that I have a great landlord like Ms. Lynne and a nice community like Magnolia.

Decent place yet the upstairs neighbor makes excessive noise. I just endured 8 hours of stomping and slamming, there's no excuse.

If you are someone who values privacy and security, then I would definitely recommend this place for your next leasing agreement. I have lived at Magnolia for two years and my time spent here has been enlightening, especially considering it was my first apartment. The gate was the first feature I noticed and loved about the property. The grounds are always kept immaculate and tidy and maintenance is available 24/7 and he is prompt and respectful. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves which creates an air of peace in the neighborhood. This complex is ideal for anyone looking to lease short or long term. I was interested in these apartments until I drove up. Don’t let these reviews fool you. This is NOT a quiet place to live. There are gun shots every week, and the police won’t answer your phone calls. What’s pictured on the website is not what (ALL) the units look like. And for the price and area? No mam. It’s like the ghetto dressed in Gucci. Stop using these rent softwares to increase the price of your units when the area doesn’t match. And this is my response to yours: NO I did not have your apartments confused to with the neighboring complex. I know it’s a difference. It’s still a ghetto neighborhood Lynne. Have a nice day love.

I recently just moved in and I must say I am truly at a loss for words. Ms.Lynne is a GEM! The entire process from the application to the move in process was extremely easy, QUICK and smooth. Ms.Lynne immediately welcomed me to the community with open arms and and made me feel comfortable. Magnolia is quiet , clean and takes pride in the safety of their tenants. She responds to emails almost immediately and maintenance it spot on! Magnolia is definitely the place to live if you’re looking for peace of mind and affordability. You truly can’t beat their leasing prices for the space and security you receive. I can see myself here for a while and I’m loving the experience already. 🫶🏽
