Madison Park Apartments

Would give a Zero if I could. I lived here for 1 year and 10 months. They moved me in without a view of the apartment, online only, amazing photos of the place by the way, very edited. Moved in to holes in the carpet from wear and tear, carpet detaching from the corners, dripping yellow dirt on the bathroom walls, dirty bathroom vents, ANTS, they gave me 3 tiny little 2 dollar ant traps that my dog wanted to eat and never even looked at my place, they ignored it and i lived fighting ants the whole time there, couldn't enjoy food, they're kitchen and bathroom cabinets are so old and caked with paint they make everything stink and taste bad! vinegar soaked into every square inch of carpet, had to wear sandals in my home to avoid getting sticky vinegar feet, even shampooed! I moved into this apartment in the last week of September, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite challenging. Despite several days between the apartment's vacancy and our move-in date, it seems that maintenance didn’t properly prepare the unit for new tenants. Upon arrival, we discovered several significant issues: 1. Shower Problems: The shower was only functioning at about 10% capacity, with the tub spout diverter missing. Additionally, the shower valve was difficult to operate and felt like it might come loose from the wall. 2. Wall Damage: There are multiple holes in the living room and bedroom walls from previous nails, which were not addressed prior to our move-in. 3. Closet and Kitchen Issues: The closet door keeps falling off, and the kitchen drawers are all loose. Th

UPDATE September 30th, 2024 The management are increasing my rent by 8%, similar to the other reviews. I understand an increase that matches inflation, but $125 increase per month is money that I don't (and many others) have to spare. Solid apartments that are managed well. The grounds are kept reasonably clean and it's a quiet place to live (excluding the Bothell Everett Highway). I do have significant feedback about their new guest parking policy. All tenants now have to go to the office to get a guest parking permit good for two days. Either that or risk getting towed. What about a spontaneous friend that comes over after the office is closed? If they park for an hour in guest parking they can get their car towed. Not cool.

My husband and I have been living at Madison Park for 8 months now. We love it! We do not have a single complaint. Management and maintenance are both amazing. We are known by name and are always greeted. We have only had one maintenance issue and it was dealt with within an hour of us submitting the maintenance request. Every few months there is a fun event for the residents to attend where there are snacks and opportunities to socialize with neighbors. The area is beautiful. We were concerned about road noise with being so close to Bothell Everett Highway, but with all the trees we can't even hear the road at all. We want to upgrade to a two bedroom in May and are hoping we will be able to stay here because we love it so much!

Loved it! We lived there for 2 years and I don't have a single complaint. The office staff is incredible and the maintenance staff is awesome. They have really quick response to any issue going on in the apartment. In 2 years I think we only had 3 requests and for very minimal things, all very promptly addressed. We had a great corner apartment on the 3rd floor. The deck was facing the creek and protected area. At night, you can hear the water flow and during the day you can see bunnies, birds, squirrels and more. We never heard any of our neighbors, so I can say that the have really good sound proof walls. Also, we never had a complaint from our downstairs neighbor about noise, so I'm thinking that it goes the same way for the floors. All of our appliances worked great and never brok
