Madison on Mercer Apartments

The community is well-kept, and communication has been consistent and professional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed community. Crystal and Leanna are the best!

I love my apartment. When I got here the walk through was amazing hands down my kids begged and rushed the process, they are welcoming and supportive people. I have had no issues and if I did they get right on it. I never once had to constantly go back and forth to the rent off for anything Ms.Leanna and the staff down to the maintenance guy are amazing. And not just having a conversation you can feel “hey we want to help how can we help you” you guys are very helpful and appreciated!! Oh yeah I love seeing my grass cut every Monday and the man who picks up trash to better the community shows a lot. And I read reviews to but don’t think twice COME😊🥰

I'm still here but the management switched up after my initial review. I rather have the last manager that was here. She was a little quiet, but she was fair, and she made sure this complex was running properly, as well as SHE SINCERELY CARED ABOUT THE TENANTS HERE. I've paid over $14,000 to this complex but treated like I haven't paid a dime. I hate I settled here, but to eaches own. Nothing different they're just like the rest of the apartment complexes in Georgia.

Office staff is outstanding and even though this complex has a bad rep they do all they can to take care of every individuals needs. Shauna is a caring, honest and hard working woman who is dedicated to the complex.. As long as she’s property manager I feel confident that things are being done right.
