Madison Oaks

I had such a lovely experience visiting Madison Oaks! Jada and Shakira in the office were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the apartment homes are so spacious. It was truly a pleasure to tour the community.

From the apartments to the gym, pool, dog park, and clubhouse, Madison Oaks is a vibrant community I am proud to be a part of! The complex is beautiful and located in the heart of Southside Savannah, within walking distance of the mall and several trendy restaurants, and just minutes from many local businesses. …and can we all pause for a moment of silence for the size of the walk-in closets and the spacious cabinets and pantry? (My closet is nearly the size of my bedroom.) I’m in love! Madison Oaks has truly added value to the Southside area and brought an upscale feel to the neighborhood. Could not have made a better choice living here. Jada was absolutely amazing in helping make every step of my out of state move to Savannah seamless. The community is quiet while still being right in the middle of everything you could need. The apartments are so bright and airy and the gym is spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Can’t wait for summertime here.

Great location for my needs and more quiet than you'd expect being right next to the mall. Jada in the front office was great from the beginning and made the process smooth. Good-sized dog park, great pool area and wonderful on-site gym that is good for everything except the heavy lifts(Crunch fitness is a 5 minute walk if you need heavy weight).

I absolutely have loved my experience living here! It’s a beautiful community. Jada has been the sweetest and most helpful leasing agent I have ever worked with. We were in a tough spot securing housing and the process was so fast and seamless.
