Madison Oaks Apartment Homes

We moved into Madison Oaks at the beginning of December and the staff here has made the move-in process a breeze. Although there were a handful of things that need touching up to the apartment, nothing dire, the leasing office and maintenance staff have been very responsive, kind, and helpful. We often get an immediate response when emailing/texting the leasing office. When moving in, the apartment unit was very clean, and newly renovated. This community also hosts frequent events at their office, including movie nights by the pool, bingo, and homemade cookie stands! We are very happy to be starting 2026 here at Madison Oaks. Shout out to Devin and Angie in the office!

I’m so glad I found this place to call home! Devin and Angie were absolutely incredible to work with! They took their time showing me different units (and seemed to know everyone, even their dogs, along the way) and made sure I found the best choice for me. They were incredibly detailed, kind, and transparent, and always knew me by name when I reached out during the quick and seamless application process. When I arrived to move in, some packages I ordered were carefully placed in my unit along with incredibly thoughtful move in surprises and I could see my appliances were freshly cleaned. The only maintenance need I noticed upon moving in was handled so promptly I was amazed. This is my first time moving out on my own, and the leasing team here has made the entire process completely stress-free. I felt full trust from start to finish. Since moving to Florida and Palm Harbor East lake ,three years ago we lieved in 2 properties which for many reasons weren't to our standards at all. Finally, this past August we moved to Madison Oaks to a 2 bedroom town house and we really call it "Home". The positive energy, front staff with smiles and seamless paperwork made us feel welcomed, since we walked in. The professional maintance and very fast resolving any small issues we had shows their care and cooperation. We also value the quiet and safety street for our children. The location and well kept property make life easy and in harmony. The rent is very competitive, but it offers much more such as 2 patios, large bedrooms, very clean pool and more. I just recently started my time at Madison Oaks and when I tell you the entire process was seamless thanks to the amazing leasing management team. Devin was so personable and was so accommodating during the entire process snd was always there when I needed anything.
