Got this door installed by this company through Home Depot , it’s an ok job but the more I notice it and people point out the right side of the door frame is not caulked and there is a gap tried to contact Home Depot and no one is answering today

I went to Home Depot to get new back doors Home Depot sub contracted this company to come and measure my entry way and to do the installation they was supposed to contact me with in 48 hours and 48 hours would have been Tuesday however I never received a phone call so I decided to call them on Thursday no one was available to answer the phone so after leaving a message still no response so I contacted Home Depot then I received a call back at that time Madison told me it was the fault of Home Depot okay fine so they had no available appointment until Tuesday that was okay .......FYI I’m a nurse and only had Tuesday off ..... my appointment window was 11am until 2pm so never go a confirmation phone call the day before so I call to confirm at 9 am..... 215 pm came and no one had came and no
