Madison Heights

Do not move here! Very shady business going on. Trash is everywhere no matter how much you see maintenance picking it up. Cats EVERYWHERE. Mold and Mildew in spots that need to be completely remodeled but have been consistently neglected (they just paint over the green and black or just put new flooring right on top of the mildewed mess) the front office manager (a woman) has "LOST" sensitive PRIVATE resident information with no explanation or apology for her mistakes. After living here for over a decade, my grandmother and I have watched this community continue to deteriorate. It will take some REAL help to come and clean up the mess in Madison Heights. I currently live here. Horrible. I have an old white gas stove, can’t get clean for anything, the washer creeks and screeches, I don’t get air circulation through my apartment, they was been suppose to fix it. I reported when I first moved in on Oct 31st still yet to be dealt with, took them a month just to put Freon inside my unit, they lie on when they will come back to fix anything, they got my benefits turned off cause I couldn’t get my mail they didn’t give me a mailbox key until two months cause they “don’t have any”, my apartment constantly smell like marijuana cause if neighbors, my shower screeches, I believe it’s some type of mold under my cabinet, they lie and lie and lie. The back apartments are very uncontrolled and not safe.

Given the strong reviews, I’m currently hoping to live at this residence someday. I have resided in the Little rock/ North Littlerock area(s) a total of 28 years. I’ve lived in both the stratified/non stratified areas of each. In other words, I’ve resided in both upscale, and hood areas. I’m not bothered by what others do as long as it has no bearings on me. lol Long story short I’m hoping to both apply and live here. Maybe make these apartments my forever home. Great feedback though. Let’s me know what I’m up against.

I called just to get general information about the apartments and availability. I was very nice and polite but the person I spoke with Danielle was very rude and short. She also stated Madison Heights doesn’t have income based apartments, but my understanding they have always had those available. She was very unprofessional on the call. Any perspective tenant would surely choose an alternative after speaking with her.
