Madison Grove Apartments

I’ve had a great experience moving in and even though I’m on the third floor the manager and staff are very nice and professional , so far I cannot complain about the apartment or the staff they are pretty great!! Thank-you Christopher!!!

So glad I read the reviews before getting hopes up for an apartment. If maintenance people live here for free ,that is most definitely why your rent goes up every now and then. You paying their rent. If you check into it you'll probably find that the staff are all relatives. I'm sorry you're having such a bad experience living in this establishment. Best wishes

I have seen 8 different people working in the office. I strongly believe there are significant management issues. They allow children to roam freely, causing damage to residents' property. I have also witnessed children vandalizing cars. Furthermore, dog owners frequently fail to clean up after their pets, and no one seems to be addressing these problems. The living conditions here are subpar. As soon as my lease expires, I plan to relocate. Whomever is in control or in charge need to pay these apartments a visit on a Saturday.

Property manager is very much RUDE AND HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER… Walked up as I was bout to enter the leasing office and she was outside and I proceed to say “Good Morning” and she acknowledged… I then ask is she the person I speak to in regards to applying for a place she replays “what?”, and I repeat myself…. She then replies “oh yea let me grab you an application “ … I reply “ I already have it completed” , her response…. At 10:30 in the morning “ Well I’m closed so you gone have to come back Wednesday or call and schedule an appointment”… I said thank you and walked away… First off…. That in no way shape or form is ANY type of customer service…. Further more I’m sure the office shouldn’t be closed at 1030am in the morning when you know potential new residents could be comi

Since I’ve been here they’ve changed management THREE times and every time the rent increases with no explanation, ROACHES are bad and they don’t spray monthly. Every person they’ve had at that desk at the leasing office don’t know anything about anything, just there to occupy space and be rude. My rent started out at 722 now it’s a lil over 800 within 2 years. I highly do NOT recommend staying here Edited update 5/26/25: LEASING OFFICE NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY ARE OPEN THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING WEVE COMPLAINED ABOUT! STILL DEALING WITH ROACHES ! ONE TENANT HAS MAGGOTS AND WE STILL HAVE YET TO SEE PEST CONTROL! RENT HAS BEEN RAISED 5 TIMES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS IVE BEEN HERE ! THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO LET THEIR PETS SHIT EVERYWHERE WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT! MAINTENANCE LIVES RENT FREE
