Conversation and professionalism as a whole was subpar. It was obvious she wasn’t interested in having any kind of evolving dialogue when she returned my call with a rushed tone. She also asked what would I do with my business…in which the question literally answered itself. After telling her I needed to secure a lease PRIOR to completing the business application, she resorted to using that as an excuse to brush me off. I also found out she quoted another person a couple weeks ago a lower price. No rebuttal needed; better customer service will do.
