Madison Fountains

I have really enjoyed living here at Madison Fountains. The community is beautiful, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed something. Maintenance is also quick to respond, which I really appreciate. Overall it’s a great place to live and most of the residents are very respectful and kind. The only concern is that there is one resident who has been causing ongoing issues in the community. It has created some stress for other residents and for the apartment complex as well. I truly hope management is able to address the situation so everyone can continue enjoying the peaceful environment here. Aside from that situation, this is a wonderful place to live and I’m grateful to call it home. 🥰😘

I'm moving here when my lease is done. These apartments are beautiful, new and clean and the staff is unbelievable. Germaine Beverly was so kind and patience with me and made feel at home. She took her time to explain everything in detail. She answered all my emails and was delighted to meet her in person. Cant wait to make this my home. Thank You Mary McDougall

I have had a very positive experience residing here for the past 6 months! I'm loving my brand-new construction apartment especially the spacious closets & more balcony space!! Overall, it is quiet & everyone is friendly. The new community manager; Jennifer is exceptional!!! She's very warm, professional & helpful. Also, I would like to mention that Jose with maintenance is excellent as well. He resolves any issues promptly; is courteous and professional!!!!

I cannot express how wonderful the experience has been with this community. Kelly and Karen have been nothing short of remarkable. Friendly, welcoming, warm and personable are the words I'd use to describe them. They were personally involved every step of the process and made me feel wanted. Their explanations of the process were detailed and clearly understood. The community is very well built, with functional and comfortable amenities provided. The apartments are very nice with floorplans that make sense. If you are looking at a new community close to everything, shopping and beaches but with a tucked away feel. I'd say give them a try.

We had a great tour experience at The Madison. Jermaine did an amazing job — she was professional, knowledgeable, and had such a great, easygoing vibe. She made the whole process feel comfortable and welcoming. Even though we ultimately chose another community, I would absolutely recommend checking out The Madison and asking for Jermaine. She truly represents the property well!
