Madison Farms

Moved here 9 months ago and could not be happier! Zach and Crystal are very nice, genuine people! They will help you with whatever you need along the way and will always greet you with a smile when you see them around. The complex is kept in near perfect condition and the maintenance team is second to none. They are quick and responsive to anything you need! The pool is very nice as is the gym! The close proximity to PNC Music Pavillion and Charlotte Motor Speedway is great for events, and you don't really hear the noise. The apartments themselves are very nice and have up to date appliances that work great. The community overall isnt loud nor sketchy and everyone kind of minds their business. Turned in my keys last week after living here for 2 years and I miss it already, but I needed to be closer to work/school. Zach was the leasing agent when I first moved in, but he was recently promoted to manager and it was more than deserved. Always kind, always answered my many questions, always went above and beyond his job description. He is genuinely a great person who cares. The walls are on the thin side but it’s a great property, plus they have events for the residents in the clubhouse or a food truck about once a month, so that’s always fun. In conclusion, great location, super kind maintenance/leasing team, and great amenities.

I can only said Thank you guys. Madison farms have been my home for almost 2 years. Zack and Crystal were amazing with me and my Family all the time. The maintenance team are great as well. They’re bilingual so it was super easy to communicate with them. I feel so blessed to have found Madison Farms. My daughter was only 5months when we move in. She crawled, walked and talked for the first time there. So thank you for being part of that.

This place is so predatory! They make it so hard to pay your last months rent! I was 1 day late because of a holiday and they kept my deposit.Plus the stairs are loud and the pluming sucks. Crystal is hot and Zach is cool. other than that STAY AWAY!!!

Crystal is Awesome, provided exceptional customer service! I came into the Leasing Office 9/29 looking for a home- although this was not a good fit due to my personal circumstance, she provided wonderful recommendations. Thanks Crystal!
