Be careful they do not pay their bills they are filing bankruptcy on everything. Do yourself a favor and just look them up on the Minnesota court records that will tell you everything you need to know about this company.

Rent a space in a ramp in Lowertown. Chunk of concrete fell on top of my car from ramp roof, causing 1000s in damage on 12/30/22. Refusing to pay my deductible for repairs and rental for 11 months now. "Sue me if you want to get paid!" was what insurance was told. Way to be a bad neighbor! Way to wreck my Christmas and New Year's, Madison Equities. Hopefully you pay soon!! Need that $775!!

Complete and total slumlords. I am about to move out of their building Lowry Apartments. I qualify for the Minnesota state law that allows victims of domestic violence and abuse to legally break the lease if they are unsafe at home. I was excessively nice about this, even offered to help them find a new tenant even though I have no obligation to do so. My advocate at the sexual violence center said that when she called the owner, Jim Crockarell, he said he is going to sue me anyways for 10 more months of rent money. Utter BS.

Please make sure that the apartment you choose to rent from is not owned by this company. They are slumlords and would rather watch you crumble in the apartment than fix it.
