Madison Court Apartments

this is my first apartment & I like it. I love the grey floors, its very quiet in my building, building 20. also, Ms. Tyesha the property manager is always helpful to me, when I have any problem she fixes it.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM ALL TYPE OF LAWS & PEOPLE RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED IT'S UNSAFE THE FAUCET WATER TAKES FOREVER TO GET HOT THE HEAT IS LOW & IT'S EXTREMELY ICE COLD & UNLIVABLE IT'S BULLET HOLES IN THE WALLS THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH PEST IT'S A REAL SAFETY & HEALTH HAZARD MOLD ALL ON THE WALLS DUE TO RAIN THIS PLACE DO NOT DESERVE RENT MONEY THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE DO NOT HAVE APARTMENT ETIQUETTE DISTURBING LOUD MUSIC IS BEING PLAYED DOGS ARE LOUDLY BARKING & RUNNING AROUND DOG POOP EVERYWHERE WHEN YOU PUT A SERVICE REQUEST IN FOR WORK TO BE DONE IN YOUR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TAKE FOREVER JUST TO COME & DO HORRIBLE WORK PLUS YOU HAVE TO WALK A HALF A BLOCK JUST TO TAKE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE #2026

Real bad property ,they dont fix nothing have real bad mice & roach INFESTATION RUNNNNN FAR AWAYY & NOT TO MENTION ALL THE YOUNG BOYS THAT HANG OUT IN FRONT OF THE COMPLEX ALLLDAYYYYY ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT

Our community is professionally managed and maintained. We walk the entire community daily to insure our grounds are clean and properly landscaped. We recently redecorated our laundry room to better serve our residents. Our management office is open 9-5 Monday through Friday and we maintain resident request service ticket controls to incentivize maintenance staff to respond quickly to our residents needs. We are currently 100% leased and maintain a wait list for some unit types. We are disappointed to read an unfavorable review here, but hope it was not honestly written. Stop by anytime and have a site visit with our community manager.

The outside is flooding with rats...to be expected as this is dc. The appliances aren't livable. I have to throw out food EVERY WEEK NOW....They won't give me a "NEW" fridge. My bathroom vanity leaks every time someone upstairs takes a shower.. my neighbors bathroom grew mold mushrooms. They did nothing and her sons breathing is messed up now because of the bacteria.
