While i was working in a Law Enforcement capacity for a large event, a member of the Tom Madison team came by on a bicycle and handed an envelope to me and my other partners working the event. He thanked us for what we did and rode off. Later, we discovered it was a Starbucks gift card. He never told us what he did for a living and never mentioned or asked for anything in return. The card had a business name on it that said thank you next to the business name. I looked it up to see if they had a Google review page. I personally want to say thank you to that individual for going out of his way to hand off gift cards to law enforcement personnel and display an act of kindness, something I won't forget. Terrible. Ryan Yoffe contacted me to clean several remodeled homes and didn't want to pay. I have photos of all the homes, and he dared to say he wouldn't pay, that he's the owner. I filed a lawsuit, and we'll continue to give this real estate agency a star rating.
