Madison Cay Apartments

The rooms and closets are a great size, but they need to be remodeled. Very old, things are rusty and have a lot of water damage. That's not the worst it has a lot of roaches and termites. The apartment has old appliances, no microwave, which is ok, but I had to spend a lot of money cleaning and trying to get rid of bugs. I have not been comfortable 😕. It's the worst ever, but pray it gets better. The good thing is I won't have to be here long.

Been here for almost 3 years. Maintenance usually shows up a day or 2 after I call and he fixes it pretty quickly. I've only had minimal problems. The rooms are big and closets are huge. Outside is somewhat quiet, I have pretty nice neighbors and I enjoy seeing the kids out playing. Cops do patrol at night so I feel safer. I don't like the fact that there is noone to contact on the weekend if there are problems. But it's not that bad of a place to live. I just wish the rent would stop going up.

The black lady that works there, is very bad, she doesn't do her job by the requirements, she does her job by own requirements, her attitude is awful.

Honestly just save your time cause they will waste it! The manager Sophie reassures you as if things are being taken care of with your application, but when you call the next day to follow up she has no idea who you are and never wrote any notes lol this place’s staff is a mess. Apparently the last lady who worked there quit because she was being verbally abused daily. Terrible complex wouldn’t trust them with my comfortability.

Office staff never answer nor do they ever return a call… AC hasn’t worked properly in over a year…amongst other things that need fixed… smoke detector been chirping for a month now and I can’t reach it to change the battery not even with the stepladder…..I have a heart condition and they don’t really care they just sit in there and do whatever… Can’t be doing too much because tenants don’t get requests fixed… I really don’t know what they do in there other than collect peoples rent once a month because no one really gets to use the facility pool etc..THEY DON’T answer the phones EVER!!!! And u can’t go inside the doors are locked!!! Don’t move here for sure…look elsewhere…
