Madera Apartments

I want to be clear my review of 5 stars is only because I have toured another property managed by this company and had an amazing experience with Ricardo and his education on the passion his company has built in the housing industry of Las Vegas, but that property was not the right fit for me. Maybe down the road, but at this moment I am not interested in that luxury of living! If you are, go see Ricardo, very professional, well spoken, friendly, attentive and passionate about his community/organization. Madera: I was given this property at the recommendation of Ricardo at Aspire At Grand Canyon, I would've loved the opportunity to even tour, but here was my experience: Madera (Recommended Ovation location from Ricardo, these properties were day and night and complete opposite experiences

Cargyl and Donald on the maintenance team came for some much needed maintenance and they both were fantastic. They were courteous, speedy and took care of everything and made sure to clean up afterwards. Even fixed the dishwasher after 2 previous service requests left us without it working.

I visited Madera on 9-19-25 in order to tour their property, and see if it would be a good fit. I probably should have rescheduled, because I'd had a tooth extracted and my mood wasn't the greatest. Thankfully, Tyler, who manned the front desk, was able to talk me down off the ledge and escorted me to the apartment I viewed online. He was very kind and courteous, and answered all of my questions with skills and knowledge of the property. He deserves a promotion 👏

I have lived here for several years and I enjoy visiting the office staff every morning. Tyler is always helpful to me. I enjoy the coffee and well kept clubhouse! Thank you Madera!
