Nice design, bad finishes/details Mini holes in the paint everywhere - indicates either bad prep work or bad paint or both Walls cracks at corners and more as time goes on. They didn’t prep the floor well before putting down carpet because you’ll feel bump and debris when you walks around

Visited the TM sales center today as a potential buyer. I urgently needed to use the office restroom, but when I returned to use it again, a sign had been placed on the restroom door stating, “Public restrooms are in the model home only.” I am disappointed with this detail and attitude. The model homes seem to be of great quality.
