Richard from MadClay homes built our home and we couldn’t be happier. Our house came out absolutely beautiful and is everything that we wanted. He worked with us throughout every step of the building process and was always available to answer questions. In addition he gave us several recommendations for fence installation, landscaping and irrigation and we were very pleased with everyone that he recommended .

Met with Richard for multiple hours and designed a custom home. We were told it would take two weeks for an estimate. A month later we checked in and were told they were behind and we were next in line. Weeks went by and we did not hear back. We reached back out and were told it still was not done. Two months later… crickets… we reached out numerous times again and stopped receiving a response. We waited several months for an estimate to never receive a response. To this day… a year later we still have not heard back and had to go with new builders. Such a waste of time.

MadClay Homes completed our house last summer and we couldn’t be happier with it. Construction went very smooth and Richard, Dakota, Madison and Tabitha were very helpful throughout the process. We recommend MadClay to everyone looking to build a home in the future.
