From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain the process and answer our questions. Starting our journey of building our dream home in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t exactly an ideal situation. With a lot of uncertainty and price increases in the building industry, Blue Hen Construction did an incredible job from start to finish guiding us through the entire process! Laura, Darrin, and the rest of the Blue Hen Team were excellent to work with! Although there were a few hiccups along the way as there is with any construction projects, they both were very attentive to the situations and addressed them quickly bring rapid resolution the problems that arose. We have had 1 issue since our house was built, it was a leaking spot on the roof which come to find out was a leaking vent boot. The Blue Hen team sent out the roofing contractors immediately and fixed the issue the next day. Overall the construction quality of our home is excellent, it is very energy efficient, and it is a very beautiful home!
