The staff at Maclay Real Estate are responsive to communications via all platforms (app, email, phone- it’s great!), they escalate concerns as appropriate (rarely needed). I would and have recommended Maclay to friends and family. We’re renting a house from them. A friend from AZ did the walk through for Us with a rep. from the office since we lived in MN at the time. So far, so good! We’re loving the neighborhood, neighbors are wonderful and agency has been helpful with any questions we’ve had. We’ve had a couple repairs to the washer and the kitchen disposal. The repair company we work with is great to work around our work schedules. And they and thorough and always curious. I would recommend.

It is a shame there is not a zero star option for Maclay Real Estate, they have went below my lowest expectations when it comes to renting an apartment. We lived out of state and had to rent sight-unseen but we signed a contract for a nice, 2 bedroom unit in a community in Scottsdale. Upon arrival, 08/18/2025, we immediately smelled heavy, stale cigarette smoke throughout the unit, even though smoking is not allowed, per the contract. We contacted the real estate company, Janelle specifically, and she agreed to come and check out the offending odor. While waiting for Janelle to arrive, we decided to complete the property walk inspection and noticed nasty stains in the cupboards, hand prints on the walls, non-functional outlets, the coaxial cable plate broken and no cable present behind t
