MacArthur Park Apartments

This is the second place I’ve lived since moving to Augusta, and by far my favorite. I was the first person to move into the apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised to have not only a washer and dryer but an entire laundry room. My area of the complex is quiet, the residents in my building are friendly, and I’ve never had any issues coming in late or leaving before dawn with my toddler. There have been a few incidents, but nothing that changed my mind about living here. Overall, it’s been a pleasure. Also, Carl from maintenance is phenomenal!

I’d like to start off by saying if I could give these ladies a 10 plus it still would not be enough , to show the gratitude that these ladies showed towards me. This was by far the smoothest evolution I’ve ever experienced when moving into a new apartment. The maintenance crew deserves a special thanks for their hard work and efficient work .A special thank you also goes out to Taylor and Latisha, for working with me and my tight schedule , the effort and patience they showed was unbelievable . They took what I thought was going to be a stressful situation and turned it into the smoothest move ever . It is with great confidence and with a very high degree of enthusiasm that I recommend them and this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

The ladies at the front office and the maintenance team are spectacular. I had to break my lease after I got orders to go overseas, they were willing to help and made it seamless and easy. 100% recommends

I have an apartment here for my daughter, and the staff at this community are the best! Piffy and Jaimee are always professional, helpful, and available on my crazy schedule. The grounds are maintained nicely, maintenance is nice, and on time with requests and the pool is always clean and operational. The ladies in the office should definitely be recognized for the way they handle business here! Renewing Mt lease because of them.

I drove from ATL to Augusta to find an apartment for my upcoming move and the team at MacArthur were the only staff at any apartment to make the drive feel worth it. I’m definitely going to apply here! Update: 11.10.25 - My husband and I have been living here for about 2 months now and I don’t regret picking MacArthur as our home. The front office staff are super friendly and we never have a hard time getting our questions answered. The exit gate broke, and if I’m not mistaken they actually got it fixed within a few weeks. It’s a really nice community to be apart of and all of our neighbors that we’ve spoken to are really nice. It’s hard to find apartment complexes with staff who cares about their tenants and their quality of living all for a reasonable price. 10/10, would recommend.
