MAA Ross Bridge

(July, 2025) It's been a little over 6 months since my first review and unfortunately nothing has changed with the upkeep of the community dumpster area. It continues to be a visual and smell disaster. The dumpster area should be attended to daily, especially since it is visible in the very front of the community as you enter and exit. A privacy fence perhaps? Cleaned up daily by groundss keeping or maintenance? I have visited some other communities where the dumpster area has secure access to keep outsiders from stopping by to dispose of their unwanted furniture and trash, if that is what is going on. Either way, it's a mess and not a welcoming look for the residents, guests, and potential new renters visiting for tours. (Nov/Dec, 2024) This place has been a big disappointment. From main

I can honestly say am very happy with my experience at MAA RossBridge. This is a place where they care about serving you. With a great support staff and service teams. The overall community keeps to themselves and never had an issue with mail or packages. Very peaceful at night away from the busy streets. And the apartments are great with sound quality never having to hear what other folks are watching.

Exceptional service! Friendly, fixed my issues in a timely manner, and checked to see if there was anything else I needed. Efficient and easy to work with! Can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team!

If these pictures are what you would consider luxury, I’ll pass. When someone calls and emails multiple times over and over on the same issues and nothing gets done to fix the situation is not luxury. When you have to walk through several inches of standing water day in and day out just to get to your apartment is not luxury. When you call management, Reneshia and your treated like a child and hung up on because you are tired of walking through standing water and doesn’t want to hear your frustrations, she needs to be fired. I would never want to live and be stuck in this environment until my lease is up. Go look somewhere else for living.

I commend Michael and Patrick (technicians) for a job well done. I am very pleased. They completed the task with expertise, preciseness and quality product!
