MAA LoSo

Management here is amazing and very proactive. On a monthly basis they throw resident events to help meet people. The apartment’s location is great, with easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, I have no complaints about living here. I would encourage current and future residents to stay aware of their surroundings and lock their car doors in the South End area. Overall I would encourage anyone moving to south end to check out this complex!

Both the leasing office team and the maintenance staff have always been very helpful and attentive. Every time we have submitted a request, it has been handled very quickly and professionally. We truly appreciate how responsive and supportive everyone has been.

Leasing staff is exceptional! Jazzmyn, Rena, Curtis & Bennett consistently go that extra mile to ensure any reasonable need or request is not only satisfied, but also in a timely & professional manner!! It’s always one of the highlights of my day to pass through the office & share a laugh or address a matter with any one of them…props & thank you for all you do!!

I’ve lived at MAA LoSo since July 2024 and have nothing but good things to say!! The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful (shoutout to Curtis!!!), the apartment hallways, gym, & other shared spaces are always clean, and the maintenance staff is always very timely & courteous when they enter my apartment to fix something - another hat tip to Rafael for being such a hard worker!! I also looove the location and all of the fun things to do within walking distance. I have no plans on leaving anytime soon and would recommend MAA LoSo to anyone who asks :)

I have lived here for only eight days now and could not be happier! This place is absolutely amazing, the staff is amazing in the leasing office as well as the Maintenance personnel. I moved here site unseen and after just a short period of time I made the best decision I could have made, beautiful place and awesome amenities.
