M Property Management

M Property Management has gone above and beyond to repair and replace the furnace that went out during the last cold snap. In addition they quickly responded to other maintenance requests. My family appreciates their professionalism and care.

Kristy from M Property Management went above and beyond to help us find a rental home. Even after the first house we saw didn't work out, she kept us in mind and helped us find our current home, a nice, recently rehabbed home near the city center. She's been attentive to maintenance requests as well. We feel lucky to have found our current home through Kristy and M Property Management.

My family and I are moving from out of town, and getting a hold of anyone seems to be impossible. We were interested in two different properties they had available, Lorena emailed us and said Matt Blevins was showing the property and that we needed to contact him. We called, left voicemails, and heard nothing. After emailing Lorena about not getting any response from Matt, within an hour he texted. We responded asking if it was possible to set up a video viewing, and he never responded. I’m not sure if it’s just because we are from out of town and requesting a video tour, but I hope they are more helpful to people in person. I’m posting this on the Thursday he mentioned showing us the unit, and then responded to actually scheduling it.

This company does not give any notice for the demolition going on; waking us up on our days of when we like to sleep in til at least 9 am. Why do they have no respect for the current tenants is baffling. I hope they get their act together. Current tenant at 421 South Mission. 08/07/2019 Going on two years and still dealing with issues aside from this non-sense. Will be picking a much better local property management very soon! Thanks for the burden.

Property Managers left us without heat during December for 8 days. After day 6 they provided us with a couple of little space heaters that did nearly nothing except run up our power bill. We got zero deduction from rent for our troubles. Horrible property management services, basically "service" is nonexistent.
