I spoke with two mortgage brokerages and a bank before making my decision on who to work with for my home loan. Right away, it was obvious Clay had much greater knowledge and experience. He explained points and buy downs which no one else bothered to do. He immediately advised of a credit issue on my husband’s report so that we could get it deleted.
