Anyone reading this. I suggest or rather urge you to not live in any of their buildings. They are difficult to work with, unprofessional, and rude. There's three women that work in the office, and each one is incompetent. Don't even bother talking to Elizabeth Valic it's like talking to a wall, and good luck if you get a word out before she hangs up the phone. I've never been so livid with a property management to write a review on Google maps. It's been 18 days since I've vacated one of their units which I lived in since 2017. They haven't sent me a list of itemize deductions if there is any. I asked if I needed to write a written notice that I was vacating, I was told to provide none and let the lease end. I have been renting with Milevoi for 3 years now going on 4. Initially I was very impressed with the management office and the process. Not to mention this was probably one of the most affordable apartments I came across for the size at said time. My first winter here was extremely unbearable, there was almost never any heat and when there was it wouldn’t even last. I have lived in several buildings before this and never experienced such terrible heating, it was quite opposite, the heat in other buildings would always be more than what we needed. I have submitted several complaints to 311, no fix. I have called management, no fix. I have had the owner come, no fix. I dropped off all my Documents , and my Roommate Documents ,along with the Rent application and $130 Cash payment for a Credit Report They lost all my Documents …… Bank Statements ….. with Bank Accounts , Social , ID’s , Work letters , Pay Stubs , Landlord letter , Rent Receipts , W-2 forms from last year of 2023 Basically all my info and my Roommate info was “lost “ I handed all the documents along with the cash payment of $130 to the Super …… but now Nor the super or Owner of the Building is taking accountability of the Problem ….. if I could give them zero stars I would give it to them. I need help from the Authorities with this situation I need help and answers !!!!

This building has so much potential, but there is nobody to take care of it. Management and the super do only the bare minimum, if they even do that. There are always issues with the water here. Either there is no hot water or no running water at all. The worse part of it is that tenants are never notified. I have been trying to get the super to fix a leak that runs through a part of my wall and my ceiling by the entrance of the apartment, but when he comes up to my apartment, it is only to provide false hope, because he will just look at it and say he is gonna fix it later. This has been the station for months. I have two small children, so i have already called 311. I hope something is done soon. The roof is literally falling on us. My rent is NOT cheap either, I pay 1376 for a 2 bedroom

The apt. I rented on the top floor had a leak that eventually made a hole in the closet. I emailed, called, texted and went to management in person, all to no avail. I was left two months without gas and a month (January) without heat. They refused to break the lease so that I could move out. I took them to court and was able to leave then.
