M & C Home & Apartment Rental

I have used M & C as my property manager for over 20 years. They do nothing but a fabulous job for me. They have managed at least 15 units for me and they have all been handled well. There is always something to tackle in this business: damages, non-payment of rent, pets that aren't supposed to be there, repairs, inspections by the city, and on & on.. M & C handles virtually everything for me. I used to handle all of my rentals personally, but I will never do that again, as long as M & C is around to do it for me.

M&C has managed our rental units for nearly 30 years. They have always been fair to all parties and very knowledgeable on the rental industry including all the local rules and regulations. They address any issues immediately and provide great communication and record keeping. Would highly recommend.

I've known the owners of M&C Rentals for many years and always had a great experience working with them. They deal with many situations that are not pleasant in the this business and many people don't do the right thing and then accuse them of being unfair. The owners have always done well by their tenants and their long upstanding reputation as property owners precedes them.

M&C Rentals is a great place to rent from! They are a family owned business and have been in business for about 45 years. They are always welcoming when you go in and care for all their renters. I would definitely rent from them again.
