Harbor Pointe Apartments

My grandmother stays here and she is old and disabled and they have yet to fix the elevator and it has been months. The floors are dirty and the halls are smelly. I definitely have seen better living for the seniors. We are currently looking for other arrangements.

I wish there was a half of star because this doesn’t deserve a full star. My love one lives here and I wish she would move. Not having an elevator since July is unjustifiable. I’ve seen people on oxygen struggle with the stairs and it’s affected they’re day to day living. I’m hoping everyone living here is putting their rent in escrow because they’ve violated the lease. My loved one was told she couldn’t get her fob replaced because staff didn’t know how to program them…wtf!? The so called cameras don’t work and this whole situation is a safety issue. I pray no one has a fatal situation while dealing with this pit hole. .

Like people have previously mentioned the elevator is broken and has been for a ridiculous amount of time. It should have been dealt with in the first week let alone month and we are well beyond that. As a senior living community some people rely on the elevator to get around since there are 3 floors.

Stop getting these lying testimonies about this place there are several residance that have issues and no one is fixing the issue the management there is the epitomi of unperfessional!!! Gloria Do your job and make the res are comfortable! They paying you guys their rent! My mothers air conditioner has been running for 3 days! Can you imagine how much her electric buid will be! You guys don't care because you don't have to pay it! Gloria Fix my mothers air! Or I will call the news station and tell them how you guys treat those residance!

Best senior apartments in Benton Harbor area.staff is extremely helpful and friendly,I have lived here ten plus years,and haven't had any issues that were not taken care of asap.thank-you Ms.Blue, Wayne and the rest of the staff that has made my stay here a very pleasant experience.Gods continued blessings to you all....
