When I started searching for a condo in East Boston, Michelle Costello represented me as a first time home buyer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very accommodating with scheduling visits to look at properties on evenings and weekends as well as helping me navigate the offer (I offered a little lower than full price and after a little back and forth with the seller I save a little money) She also even helped schedule the inspections. It was a very good and positive purchasing experience and not only do I consider Michelle a great realtor but she is a very nice person as well.
