Aster at the Summit

We had a very pleasant stay at Aster. From the tour, to move in, and all the way to our move out, we felt a lot of support and flexibility from management, especially Jillian and Lexi. We had a very tricky situation where we had to move out because of a job change, only 3 months into our lease. This was expertly handled by Lexi and Jillian, and they made everything so much easier and worked with us at each step of the way. We absolutely loved our unit with its brand new appliances, and stellar views of I95. Despite being right off 95, the car noise does not get too bothersome because of excellent sound-proof windows. I’ve had such a great experience living here, thanks to the amazing team—especially our leasing manager, Jillian, and the maintenance staff. From day one, Jillian has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She’s always quick to address any questions or concerns and goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome and supported. The maintenance staff is equally fantastic—prompt, friendly, and reliable. Anytime something needs attention, they respond quickly and take care of it with care and efficiency. It’s clear that both Jillian and the maintenance team genuinely care about the community and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Thanks to them, living here feels comfortable and stress-free. Truly grateful for their support and dedication!

Only 1/2 hour to have a maintenance person show up. Johann was very polite and professional. Fixed my problem in about 4 minutes and explained everything

Please be aware of this money making scam. They have one free parking pass per apartment. There are no enough parking spots. In addition to that, there are guests parking on those spots. When I parked my car near curb since there were no parking spots left, property manager called towing service and got my car towed despite of displaying parking pass. I had to pay for the towing service. Upon bringing it to their attention, they asked me to opt for garage spot and basically start paying additional money for parking. The least they could have done was to call me before calling towing company since I am their resident and have valid parking pass.

Jullian has been amazing through the whole process. Finding the perfect apartment for son, and his roommates who will be living far from home was essential. She made my husband and feel confident that the Aster at the Summit is the right place for him.
